Gary Craven -

Gary is one of the directors of iconic and also a founding member. He has been at the forefront of driving the business forward over the last ten years and has always tried to exceed his clients expectations. He truly believes in exceptional customer service and prides himself on helping buyers buy and sellers sell, both locally and nationally. He has also built up a dedicated client bank of satisfied customers over the years where the business has exceeded expectations. Gary and the team have achieved sales not only locally in the Taverham, Thorpe Marriott, Drayton and Costessey areas but further afield due to their constantly growing reputation for success. Gary is married with two daughters and he enjoys spending time with them, holidays abroad and his guilty pleasure of pike fishing! If you are in the local area feel free to pop in for a coffee.

Ashley Martin-Schrader -

Having worked in Norwich and the surrounding area for over 15 years Ashley has recently joined Iconic alongside Gary Craven as a Director of the company. Starting as a trainee negotiator in 2004 Ashley worked his way up through the ranks of one of the UK’s leading national estate agents and has also worked for two reputable local independent agents too. Being familiar with the entire moving process he is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals. Offering expert advice to clients on how to achieve the very best price for their home you’ll most likely see him on your doorstep very soon! Out of work Ashley is a keen gym goer, enjoys spending time with his family and can often be found in the stands of Stamford bridge cheering on his beloved Chelsea.

Julie Sadd -

Julie, Negotiator/Administrator, had been living in Portugal with her family and worked for Winkworth Real Estate in property marketing where she achieved an award for top performing Property Lister in 2007/08 before moving into sales and administration. Having taken time to experience the life and culture of another country, Julie, a local girl, has settled back to her beloved life in Norfolk and has worked with Gary since the company’s conception in 2009. She mainly focuses on her roles as Administrator/Negotiator but also carry out property valuations. Outside of the office, Julie's interests include amateur dramatics, music, theatre, cruising and is an avid supporter of Norwich City - OTBC

Selene Foster - Senior Negotiator

Having worked in the estate agency industry for many years Selene is an integral part of our team and offers a wealth of experience across all aspects of the business. Having lived in Taverham for 20 years Selene is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and is always happy to help. Outside of work Selene enjoys spending time with her family, walking the dog and spends weekends away in her VW camper!

Chris Sandom-Hood - Lettings Director

Having worked across the industry since the Summer of 1999 with experience in Sales, Lettings & Financial services Chris more recently successfully managed branches with a national agent on the East coast before joining the team to head up and push on the development of Lettings operation here at Iconic. Chris qualified with ARLA accreditation originally in 2004 and has more recently gained accreditation with Safeagent too enabling him to offer both his wealth of experience along with the expertise required to ably let and manage your property. At home, Chris is a doting dad of 2 daughters he adores and along with his wife very much love their life near the coast in Gorleston, he's a armchair football fan and loves the excitement of a Formula 1 weekend!

Carly Docking - Mortgage Advisor

I am originally from King's Lynn and moved to Norwich in 2014. Prior to YBM, I worked for many years as a Mortgage and Protection Consultant for a corporate company within an Estate Agency. I bring with me the experience of this and combine it with the important ethos we have at YBM of building good client relationships and putting customer service at the heart of what we do. As a Finance Partner I specialise in residential, buy to let and commercial mortgages including the associated insurances. My spare time is usually taken up by planning holidays when I can, as travel is a passion of mine. In addition to the usual socialising with family and friends, I have a chihuahua called Bailey and we usually find various adventures to go on at weekends.
